These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Willow and Stone Reflexology (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides reflexology services to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
We provide reflexology services for relaxation, stress reduction, and wellbeing.
Our treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Reflexologists are not medical practitioners and do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure.
2. Client Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and any conditions, illnesses, or medications.
You must inform us of any changes to your health before each session.
You understand that results vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
3. Bookings & Payment
Appointments can be made via [phone / email / booking system].
For bookings made online payment is due at the time of booking.
For repeat bookings made in-person, payment is due at the time of the next appointment.
We accept card payments only.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but charged in full.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less notice will incur a charge of 100% of the fee.
Non-attendance (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.
Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You have a contagious illness.
You behave inappropriately, aggressively or disrespectfully.
All sessions are conducted with professional standards of hygiene and care.
We hold appropriate professional insurance.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information and session notes are treated as confidential.
We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection law.
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
7. Liability
- Reflexology is a complementary therapy undertaken at your own risk.
- We are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes unless due to our negligence.
- You should consult your GP or healthcare provider if you are unsure about the suitability of reflexology.
8. Gift Vouchers & Packages (if purchased)
Reflexology is a complementary therapy undertaken at your own risk.

9. Complaints
Vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law..
10. Changes to Terms
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please raise it promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Formal complaints can be made in writing to hello@willowandstone.studio and will be acknowledged within 7 working days.
11. Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at https://willowandstone.studio/terms-and-conditions/.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
